I just had the pleasure of working with Eve Metlis once again on a new home sale. Eve's clients were ready, willing and able to enter into an agreement because Eve educated them prior to their visit. She went above and beyond working on their behalf for an appraisal issue. She went out of her way to find her own comps to support the price, and in the end, negotiated in her client's best interest for a price reduction that was fair for all parties.
