My wife and I just bought a house from Paul. We couldn't have been happier with our experience, and are grateful for everything Paul did. He went above and beyond; my wife flew in to Orlando and spent two days with Paul, getting a feel for the area and seeing many properties, and Paul found us the perfect house. He has had to work with us in person, by text, on the phone, and by email since we live in Los Angeles, and we are so excited to move to Orlando. Paul was respectful, honest, and more than helpful at all times. Chose Paul because he seemed to know exactly what he was doing in the Dr. Phillips area. Boy were we right!! He sold our home in record time, helped us with the move, took care of getting the help lined up to pack, clean and do the repairs needed to our home. He went above and beyond in getting things done for the closing and making sure all of the needs of the buyer were met. Paul put his whole heart into getting the sale closed and making it as painless for us as possible. Paul does have an arrogant side to him, but in dealing with a real estate agent, that is not a bad thing. Thanks for all of your help, Paul!!
