Not long after, Susana and Yarlon knocked on my door, offering help and answers. The whole entire process was simply explained and Susana helped me every step of the way, going above and beyond. I received the utmost care and compassion in my whole entire process. The roofing team was highly professional and efficient. Despite encountering setbacks do to rain, they were determined to get the job done. Alejandro the project manager kept giving me updates throughout the project and then explained everything with great detail once completed. Not only did he do a phenomenal job; he went above and beyond what was expected and completed an extensive restoration on our fireplace and gazebo. Both items were an eyesore and had severe water damage, they now look brand new. We have never worked with a painter that would be willing to remove gutters, replace outdoor fixtures, cut back vegetation and even repaired our garage door upon noticing it was coming off the track while painting. “I can’t recommend English Air enough. I scheduled their earliest appointment for the next day and within hours they offered to have someone at my door the same day. Robin was my AC Tech and he was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough diagnosing and servicing our system. I did a little AC maintenance in my college years so I knew enough lingo to understand that he truly understands his job and didn’t pitch me on unnecessary improvements. They have a very affordable annual maintenance contract and by the time he was done diagnosing the issue I went ahead and did the annual service because it was barely more than 1 service call and now I get another call in 6 months that’s paid for and 20% off parts if I need any repairs. Great company and I hope I get Robin again in 6 months.“

“I had a water main leak on the outside of my home, which permeated the concrete block wall and soaked the interior dry wall, carpet and baseboards. Time Machine was out to my house in a matter of minutes when I called them to assess the situation. Their remediation crew was there shortly thereafter. They complete resolved the situation, setup state-of-the-art equipment, sealed off the room and came back every day until the room was dry. Really fantastic service.“

“Rhyne Restoration has been an answer to our prayers. In September 2024, our home was struck by lightening. As a result, our tile roof was damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance company. With the exception of 1 company, everyone that inspected our roof said we needed a complete replacement as the integrity of it was compromised. Insurance hired their own structural engineer and said a replacement was all that was needed. With the opinion of 3 Public Adjusters, we decided to challenge this decision. We hired a Public Adjuster, after 3 weeks nothing was done. We broke the contract and hired another one that was recommended by the roofing contractor we thought would replace our roof. After 4 more weeks, we were no further along than when I worked on it myself. Paying 20 percent for a Public Adjuster seemed more reasonable than a huge retainer for an attorney but they did not help us.

Still obtaining estimates, I met with Rhyne Restoration. I was told they would help with an attorney if insurance refused to negotiate with them. Of course, there was no progress with our insurance company. It was turned over to Hans at Kennon Law Group. Between him and Rhyne Restoration, they took care of the rest. Certainly we were nervous. It seemed to good to be true. Then we received the news, insurance settled and we would be getting a roof.

I met with Todd, the President, Jason, the General Manager, Kevin and Marcelo. All of these men were excellent and took time to explain the process and keep us informed. Jason was on property everyday during our roof install and checked-in with me daily. The work crew was kind, professional, respectful, and neat. Today our roof is complete and it looks beautiful!

We cannot recommend this company enough. They care and are committed to help! They will be back to reseal and paint our home. They will also be installing our new gutters!
