I contacted English Air because of the great reviews and they definitely weren't overstated! Michael Stephens has been beyond responsive and helpful in building new ductwork, solving condensation problems in my attic, and developing solutions for a very unique grill situation. He responds to text requests immediately and is on the job to take care of business or finds someone on the English Air team to do so when he can't. He even responded to a request while on vacation in Puerto Rico. Now, that's great responsive customer service! Thank you, Michael and English Air!

Called English Air about 6 months ago to have our 7 year old system professionally cleaned and serviced. At that time we also purchased a maintenance contract. They sent Judah out to clean our unit and he did an absolutely wonderful job. Today he and Rafael were sent back out to perform the maintenance check. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, quick and polite. I highly recommend calling English Air for any air conditioning needs.
