I am so disappointed, we need Dr Nelson back! What is happening lack of management! Delays, rudeness, no one wants to help. I have an injury and I was requested to see a doctor tje day of the appointment she was more that 40 min delay amd no one had tje courtesy to let me know tjat she was with other patients. I totaly thought they forgot me!
then once they were available for me their computer didn’t work ! After all I had a new appointment, 20 days later they sent me to an orthopedic and they discover 2 fractures apart of my broken fingers.! They couldn’t believe I was working like this
Very hit or miss. You either get a really helpful pharmacist or one who will constantly cut you off and refuse to help you. Really sad when it’s attached to Disney so you’d expect them to be way more helpful
Today from 8:00 am to 8:50 because every time I called they hung up on me because there was no staff speaking Spanish. Teach the desk staff good manners, they are poorly educated every day. I have been a patient for 20 years and I am disappointed only because I don't speak English. Just as they don't send messages to our doctors' nurses, I'm having a lot of problems because of this situation. They just gave me an appointment at 2pm. I didn't finish speaking and they hung up on me. I hope you pay attention. Thank you.
