Never again, this is strike three for this place, for me their policy for treating patients is less than zero. I am a customer, a patient, a human being. My insurance and copay pays for the salaries of the employees there. I can't understand why they treat people the way they do. I will NEVER go to, or recommend this place to anyone unless you like to be treated RUDLY and with no RESPECT.

Never seen the actual primary care Doctor Nelson, he will message through the app. His messages come off as cocky, arrogant and condescending. This doctor told me to get controlled pain medication at an urgent care, everyone but him, knows they don’t prescribe that stuff.

The people are very friendly. However I've literally never seen my primary doctor. Ever. It's been three years. Instead all I see are random not quite doctors like nurse practitioner etc. I have nothing against these but they literally know nothing about my conditions and are 100% useless with my problems. If you need any serious help DON'T come here, you'll never get it.
