I did my eyeliner 15 years ago and I just needed a touch up now!! I also decided to do my eyebrows . I would only trust Carmen and waited until we could coincide in Miami. She is amazing! They never think that the eyeliner is a tattoo and they eyebrows look very very natural!! If I ever need a touch up again I will go to her again. This picture is right when I left the salon and the results only get better and better!
