Highly recommended, Blair was able to quickly come and diagnose the problem and schedule a repair. On day of the repair the team came ready to get to work on half day job and before they got started they wanted to be sure of the diagnostic and found out it was just the Smart Thermostat was damage and sending the wrong signal to the unit. A new thermostat later the problem is solved.
Had a GREAT experience with Blair AC over the New Year’s holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. AC stopped on Friday night of long, holiday weekend and by the grace of God it was cool enough outside to wait until Tuesday. I left a vm saying we are new customers, need service next week and it was non-emergency due to great weather. Mr. Blair personally called back to say they got my message and someone would call Tuesday at 8:30 - which they did! Jake came and fixed it Tuesday am and it took serious trouble shooting. Phenomenal service, very reasonable price. They came highly recommended and I understand why. I will use them again.
