Fun area. Lots to see and do. Plenty of good photos opportunities in this area.

If your kid likes to get dressed up and have a ‘Spa experience’ they’ll like it. However, this place has major mean girl vibes from the staff.
Don’t be late or you’ll lose your spot. Show up on time and they’ll probably make you wait out front. Don’t expect a loving fairy god mother experience inside either. A serious lack of seats, and every station you’ll be rotated to is another random person vs having one person assigned to you and get to know you.
My daughter had her heart set on a specific dress and since they don’t have which ones are available online we stopped in early so she could see only to be harshly chastised for ‘ruining the experience’ by taking her to see too early. I know my daughter, she is much better off finding out ahead of time what her options are vs being disappointed when we show up day of if they don’t have it.
Your kid will likely have a good time, but this place does not feel very Disney.

A magical boutique that made my daughter’s day truly special. From the greetings to the dress selection and the make up and hair process. Very magical. My daughter enjoyed it and this experience brought so much joy to my wife and I.

For little kids it is a magical experience to dress up as their favorite princess with hair done up.

I can't say enough about how amazing this experience was. We checked in and we're able to select our package. We opted to buy a dress prior to coming just to ensure proper fit and make sure my daughter was comfortable. The package was $129 and we were able to buy accessories there. Our cast member, Sydnie, was so caring and attentive. I would also recommend the Memory Maker if you are at the parks for a few days. Highly recommend this experience if you have the chance, it was well worth the cost.

The new system for bibbidi bobbidi boutique is a complete nightmare. We waited for 1.5 hours just to get to the hair part. There used to be a big store you could look at, not a thousand people crammed in just waiting. Nothing magical or special about it. My daughters stylists took way too long just to brush out her hair. It was tangled, but I could have done it in ten minutes. It took her 45. She was also super grumpy, literally never smiled once. My daughter kept asking when it would be done and if we could leave. She started crying cause it had been a two hour process and we decided to leave with no hairstyle or makeup. Over two hours wasted.

This was a magical experience that my 5 year old will never forget! She’s usually shy but Kayleen made her feel super comfortable and had her chatting nonstop by the end. Everyone was super kind and the Fairy Godmother really topped the whole experience!

They truly made it magical for my granddaughters. The cast members talk to the girls during the makeover making them feel special. It cost me about $260 each (Nov 2025). It is well worth the money to see their smiles when they saw themselves in the mirror for the first time. You need to get reservations 60 days in advance. I called early morning of the 60th day and the earliest I was able to get was 1:30. While waiting outside of the BBB I saw many disappointed girls when they said appointments only. If you have a son don’t bother they got rid of all the boy costumes and left them with a cheap tshirt and toy shield. I’m disgusted by the lack of respect or consideration for boys who deserve the same experiences

Let me start by saying that we did not have a bad experience with any of the individual employees. They were all very nice and seemed like they were trying their best. My bad review has to do with how this place operates as a whole.
We made our appointment for 4:20. When. We checked in they said to make sure we didnt have anything else booked for the next 90mins, which we didnt. They had us wait in the first waiting area for at least 30mins. The waiting room was very cramped. They said that they only allow 2 adults per child but they did not enforce that rule.
After we were finally called back my daughter picked her dress and hairstyle. She asked if she could not do the flowers in her hair, but they said that it was absolutely necessary for the pictures they take. Based on the other reviews I've seen this is some type of weird policy they have to do which I think is a little ridiculous. The idea of this place is to make your daughter feel like a princess, why is the princess forced to have that in her hair if she doesnt want it? This wasnt a big deal it just took away from the experience a little.
After my daughter was changed they have you wait in another waiting room before they take her over to do her hair and make up. This waiting room was complete chaos. They were bringing girls back faster than they were being taken to do their hair. The room filled quickly with too many people. Several parents were not watching their children, the seats were filled with children running and jumping on the few couches they had. We were forced to sit in the floor which made it difficult for the staff to move around. My daughter asked us several times if we could leave because she no longer wanted to be there. It was so cramped and loud in there i had to leave my wife and daughter in there due to me having sensory issues and was overwhelmed. We ended up being there for over 2 hours before we were called back to do my daughter's hair. We ended up missing our dinning reservation which luckily one of the employees was able to contact the restaurant to hold our table.
There was not enough seating in the hair styling area for my wife and me so I ended up having to go back to waiting outside. So I missed most of the experience with my daughter and being there when she met the fairy god mother. My daughter finally started to have fun getting her hair done, at least from what I was told, but it was a stressful mess to get to that point.
