Dr is amazing but can’t get ahold of the office ever. Currently, I started my shots after several panels and about 6 months of wait time from testing to when I got the call to start shots. I did 1 round of shots and went in for second round that week. When I went in for my second round I was turned around saying the referral from my primary was incorrect. Havnt heard from them in 3 weeks called every day for a week, never once heard back or had any voicemails returned. The moment I can transfer to someone else who values my life, I sure will.
This place is money hungry. They want to charge for everything. Wouldn't it make sense to charge one procedure for an allergy test but they wanted to charge me for 2 procedure. I waited to be seen for 2 weeks just to be blind sided with additional fees and additional procedures. To make it worst i asked about the Fees during my first visit. The wait time is ridiculous. My first appointment i was there almost 3 hours alot of it was just waiting. The doctor did ask some good questions to get a better ideal of my health. She does come off a little rough but you can tell she means well.
Definitely recommend going here! Everyone is kind and professional, and listened to our concerns without casually dismissing it. Dr. Hussain is a very genuine doctor and I appreciate my health being taken seriously 😌
