Absolutely ridiculous, my aunt had a 1:15 Appointment for an MRI . so i took her to it , got there at 12:50 she was still waiting well over 2pm . WHAT EXACTLY IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT SYSTEM IF YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT HOURS? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Need a better phone system I’ve been on hold for 30minute. Still on hold. man·ag·erVery upset never was able to speak to the billing department and I left a message for the manager and he wasn’t available so I left my name and number so he can call me. But my thing is the girl that answers my call wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t offer to help me. What customer that is.
