I give a 10 to Sanitas Medical Center, which is amazing, clean, welcoming, and friendly. Carlos is so nice, listens, and gives good advice. I recommend Sanitas for your next visit. I love it there!
Sanita needs a lot of help first not everybody speak Spanish and most of the staff is Spanish some speak good English some speak bad English where it’s hard for people that only speak. English can understand the doctors also, I have experienced prejudice At their Ocoee location are then transferred to the Metro West facility it’s OK but it’s not that great either my doctor never calls me back with my test results. I feel like he’s kind of rude and when I asked to have a doctor that is specifically for people with diabetes and high blood pressure, they still give me someone that I can barely understand their English or a doctor that is rude

I want to congratulate the Sanitas Center at Metro West for their excellent service. The entire staff is always kind, attentive, and professional. I especially want to highlight Carlos, who stands out for his friendliness and impeccable manners, making every visit a very pleasant experience. I also want to recognize Dr. Alfonso, an excellent professional — after so much searching, I finally found a doctor who truly knows what he is doing and treats patients with kindness.
