This place was fine up until my last visit. I was in a car accident and received x-rays which were inconclusive even though the pain persisted. Called back to see if I could get a referral for an MRI and was completely ghosted. Had to go somewhere else to receive treatment after finding out I had a pretty severe injury. Just wish I had been taken seriously sooner.

Update: The owner actually reached out to me to investigate and assure me that the events that took place should not happen again. It is rare that you get someone that cares enough to reach out to you. I will give this place another chance should I need it.“

Dr. Rodriguez is amazing , caring and takes the extra mile to ensure your child is healthy- I’ve had phone calls directly from the doctor a week after our visit checking up on my child - that NEVER happens anywhere else . We are always seen right away , the whole staff is extremely patient with my special needs child.“

“I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at the ER who cared for me during multiple visits this past week.

I came in experiencing severe facial swelling, an extensive dental infection, fever, intense pain, and complications that ultimately required staying longer than an hour or two and IV antibiotics. Every time I walked through those doors, I was treated with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being.

The medical team took my symptoms seriously, listened to my concerns, and worked diligently to ensure I received the care and treatment I needed.
