Nice people, clean facility, and competent doctor, but what’s the point of making an appointment then making us wait an hour and 15 minutes. It wasn’t that busy. There are plenty of nearby urgent cares without appointment options that are way faster. We won’t be coming back. Respect the patients who made appointments.
Our practitioner was super knowledgeable and it occurred just as she had predicted (swollen eye). Empathetic and efficient without too much fluff - would definitely come again if needed (fingers crossed hopefully not)
No wait, my son was sick and couldn’t get rid of this congestion and cough and found out he has a double ear infection. The Dr we saw (forgot her name) was very attentive and nice, she was very helpful with our concerns since we couldn’t get him into his regular pediatrician office. I was referred here from a lot of moms and although it’s across town, I felt confident that he was going to get the care he needed. I would recommend this place to other moms. I also wanted to mentioned the staff here was great and very friendly. Had no issues with checking him in.
