I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Stephens for almost 5 years now. I was looking for a doctor's office that is closer to home and that do their own lab test since I do not want to schedule another time to get my blood work down. Dr. Michael Stephens are always nice and professional. And i love the fact that I can get my blood work done the same day of my appointment! it's so convenient. as for their scheduling they seems to have a very decent schedule for patients (not sure for new patients). For now, I am very happy with the service I get here and hopefully my new doctor will stay here for good, the last doctor I had left and I really liked her.
I suffer from "white coat" syndrome (whether real or imagined) but I have gone to Dr. Stephens for ~20 years now and am so comfortable with his office staff and his care that it is now easy for me to go to the doctor. Everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. I travel a few miles out of the way just because this is the best care anyone could ask for.
