“Dropped a suit and dress shirt needing dry clean. Was supposed to pick it up by Saturday at 5pm. I totally forgot bout it. Scheduled to fly out early Monday morning for a sales meeting. I called the cleaners after hours to my surprise phone was answered. Told her the situation. She told me she would meet me Sunday morning to get my suit. This is more than first class service. She really cares about her customers. Now she has a loyal customer for the future and I will tell everyone I know.“
