A-1 Dry Cleaners

Dropped a suit and dress shirt needing dry clean. Was supposed to pick it up by Saturday at 5pm. I totally forgot bout it. Scheduled to fly out early Monday morning for a sales meeting. I called the cleaners after hours to my surprise phone was answered. Told her the situation. She told me she would meet me Sunday morning to get my suit. This is more than first class service. She really cares about her customers. Now she has a loyal customer for the future and I will tell everyone I know.

I have taken all of my drycleaning to Soon Yi for twenty years. She works so long and so much because she cannot hire good employees although she has tried. She is honest and kind and she and her husband have been in this location for years. If she is not in the front, she is working and pressing in the back. I now live in Georgia since my husband died but I miss seeing her and giving her our business. She is a gem. And remember, this is a family business and she had two sons who did not elect to join the business. In over twenty years of interaction with her, there has never been a problem. Give her your business and be understanding that this lady works by herself most of the time.

This place is the best! My items are always on time, perfectly pressed, has very reasonable prices and the lady that helps me is always sweet and kind. I won't go anywhere else!
