Was recommended coastal flooring by floor trader off beach blvd. They worked me into their schedule and got my flooring in before Christmas. Showed up with a team of like 8 guys and knocked my whole house out in a day with lvp and carpet ( I didn’t have furniture for them to move ) the quality of work is amazing and their professionalism put me at ease. 10/10 recommend. Had flooring installed on my stairs early this year. About 6 months, a few of the planks started to shift on the platform. I contacted them via text and phone. They said they would come by to fix it. Here it is 4 months after I contacted them and nothing. Beside this, the work they did would be 4 to 5 stars. But the costumer service sucks.

I was in a bit of an emergency situation and Coastal Flooring had me scheduled and the floor laid in 24 hours from the product being delivered. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything like they weren’t even there! The floor is beautiful and my daughter is over the moon with her new room. Thank you Coastal Flooring!!!

I had Coastal Flooring of Jacksonville install two rooms of LVP flooring recently. All I can say is outstanding.The three man team John, Keith and Tyler were great. They were easy to deal with professional and efficient.The floors look great. They cleaned up after themselves and finished in one day.Their pricing is affordable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
