We just can't say enough good things about our experience with Action Roofing. Getting an estimate was quick and easy, and they worked with us to schedule the work around some constraints we had. They frequently checked in with us to provide status and address any questions or concerns. They were super easy to contact and exceptionally responsive. You want to use this company!!! I called about a warranty that I was hoping was on my shingles. However, there was not. In any case I was directed to Sherri Bankston who told me the bad news but then the good news. She explained there was no warranty but she wanted to send a specialist (Stephen) to check out the problem. I had a water build up and a corner junction of my roof and an added flat roof. After his initial inspection, Stephen sent his findings to Sherri and even though they didn’t have a warranty they fixed and replaced the shingles FOR FREE!!!!!
