Kayco removed that ugly old rusted chimney and replaced some rotted wood they found. Stephanie was great to work with. She followed up until the job was done. I will definitely call her again anytime I have roofing needs.

We received 3 quotes for our Community Park Pavilion roof and Kayco gave the most detailed and competitive quote. We explained that the quote was a part of the Matching Grant proposal with the city of Jacksonville which mean the job wouldn't start until almost a year later. Christian stayed in contact with me and I updated him when we were granted the contract and despite it being almost a year after the original quote, they completed the job, cleaned up the site and removed the dumpster as quoted and in the time in which they said they would.
