I was asking about having you send the insurance company a letter on the Trifocal helping me because I'm blind in one and other I'm nearsighted farsighted and astigmatism. She says oh he won't do that and they won't cover the Trifocal so we don't even bother. REALLY! I called back later and asked to speak to you when you had time or the end of your day. That was Monday this is now Friday and I've yet to hear from you and all I wanted to ask is the regular lense going to help at all and they say they pay for a contact after cataract surgery but I have astigmatism. Patient services need improvement without a doubt.“
