The optometrist was young but very accurate and on point. The older gentleman who fit and measured the glasses was also on point and perfect. Customers are happy with the glasses they purchased and appreciate the store's welcoming and helpful staff, such as Dede, who remembered a customer from a previous visit and guided them through the options before they made a purchase.
I had a great initial experience with Americas best but today not so great! I only went to pick up my lenses and asked a question about toppers for another pair I had gotten from them the oriental woman with short hair and glasses gave me a quick reply ans as I was still talking at her desk she walked away, said nothing and went to talk to the person doing Che k Out then as I left she seen I was not happy and said oh sorry. She needs to stay with her client and not ignore them mid question because she doesn’t want to help.

I had such a wonderful experience at this particular location in Orange City, especially after having a disappointing experience at another location in Texas. The Orange City team completely changed my perspective and truly went above and beyond!
