The pre-screening staff make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The checkout staff are also helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. The store's employees are patient and willing to help customers find the right frames and navigate insurance options. Overall, the store provides a good experience for customers of all ages. The optometrist was young but very accurate and on point. The older gentleman who fit and measured the glasses was also on point and perfect. Customers are happy with the glasses they purchased and appreciate the store's welcoming and helpful staff, such as Dede, who remembered a customer from a previous visit and guided them through the options before they made a purchase.
