My water heater was old and leaking, and just like I do before hiring any contractor, I call around to get the best price, and I ended up going with Brown Plumbing. Mr. Brown is genuine and honest from the get go. I told him I was a mechanic, and I wanted to DIY it and he walked me thru the steps to remove and replace it myself, and even said to call him if I get stuck at any point. Ultimately, ended up hiring Brown Plumbing for the job because I didn't have all the tools, but just from that interaction, I was sold. He wasn't trying to sell me the service, and genuinely didn't mind if I went another way. At the end, we got a quote, he did an excellent job as anticipated.
Great experience getting a broken hose bib pipe repaired. They were very professional, did very good work and got everything fixed in just a few hours. I am already planning to use them for some plumbing upgrades to my home. Highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!
