Dr. Paul Moncla did a phenomenal job. His bedside manner is professional, patient, and caring—truly a reflection of his good heart. My mom often has difficulty with tests and procedures, as she feels anxious about them, but Dr. Moncla took the time to carefully explain each step and provided us with options. The medical technician, Ri, was wonderful as well—her kindness and calm presence made the experience much more comfortable for my mom. We felt supported and well-informed throughout the entire process.
I cannot recommend Dr. Moncla enough. He is kind, patient, takes the time to explain results, procedures, etc. I’ve never felt rushed when asking questions. Dr. Moncla’s staff should be commended too—they are all wonderful. I’ve recommended him to close friends who have also reported back on how awesome he and his staff are.
