“needed a new hot water heater. called the company. i have used them twice before. Tech was very proficient and did a wonderful job.the main issue i have is the cost of the service. a less than 500 dollar heater cost 1475 dollars to install. it took about 2hrs. i believe that almost 500 dollars an hour labor is a little excessive“
