“I don't do a lot of reviews but due to my experience I had to make sure this business received proper recognition. This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was a bit uncomfortable for a couple reasons, I'm a man and it's my first time. I finally talked myself into it after going over and over in my head if I really wanted to go through with it or not. After the experience I had with Soft Touch Laser Removal I have no regrets in the slightest. As soon as I walked in the door I was put at ease. The staff was extremely welcoming and listened to me on what I was interested in getting. The area being lasered was personal and the staff couldn't have been more professional and caring in what I'm going to call a procedure. The office and room were extremely clean and the procedure was really quick. I was asked about my comfort throughout to ensure they could do whatever they could in making sure I had a good experience the entire time I was there. Highly recommend Soft Touch Laser Removal to anyone who wants great service and feel comfortable during something that may not be comfortable in doing.“

I came to the clinic without an appointment, in significant pain, after multiple failed attempts to obtain my medication through pharmacies. Although the Office Manager was not available that day, a front desk staff member, Kaitlyn, immediately stepped in to help. She took my prescription to the clinical team and followed up promptly.

To my relief, Dr. McMeekin, who had been on leave for a few weeks, happened to be in the clinic that day. Thanks to the efforts and coordination of Kaitlyn and the entire front desk team, they arranged for me to be seen the same day. After waiting, I received a new evaluation and all the prescriptions I needed.

Their compassion, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond made a very difficult situation much easier. I am truly grateful to Kaitlyn and the front desk staff for their outstanding support and care.
