Knowledgeable and helpful technician, however his truck was underequippec with things he needed to get the job done; like oil and a magic marker - Sharpie. You need to re-equip your van BEFORE service calls at the end of the previous day, not the morning of or not at all. Also. overpriced IMHO.

Robert and Drew from Mr. Electric did a great job. They came out, found the issue, explained what was going on, and were clear about the pricing before getting started. They had a good work ethic, went and got the materials they needed, and had everything fixed in under two hours.
