I cannot thank Dr Aten and his staff enough for helping a little stray kitty that was dumped by my neighbors a few years ago. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon because she had snot and blood coming from her nose and they were able to squeeze her in the very next morning. The vet tech (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was very sweet and gentle with her and Dr Aten was thorough and explained the options in a very direct yet respectful way. Never once did I feel judged that I couldn't do all the recommendations in one visit. Long story longer, I highly recommend giving Baseline Animal Hospital a try. I've used Dr Aten off and on for many years and for many animals.I also recommend him to my local fosters and adopters when they are looking for good, solid, basic, vet work for their pets.He understands when a person has a budget, and he is willing to be as conservative, or as all-out, with treatment as the need may be.He consistently gives quality care and has quality staff.His main focus is not upselling and trying to force people into services they do not need. I do not appreciate vets whose main focus is sales, rather then the client and patient. Special thanks to Courtney and thanks to the rest of the staff as well for helping me with my last minute pet certificate and endorsement submission to the USDA. This was SO last minute and Courtney went through the process with me on the phone for a very long time to ensure that the certificate was being submitted and completed.Thank you again for being so considerate about the sensitive timing on the matter and relieving the amount of stress I was under.God bless!
