I requested a service call for my ac condenser. It would not come on, so Michael with Ponds came out and did a thorough inspection of my system. Tonight our a/c wasn't working. It was 7:30pm. I called Ponds, Christian answered and was here in 20 minutes. By 810pm it was fixed. Thank you Christian, you and Ponds are the best. Highly recommend!
