Grace is a remarkable healer. For years I have intermittently suffered with sciatica. With just one treatment, she was able to release my extremely tight piriformis muscle and gave me pain relief. I am not only thankful for Grace's therapeutic touch, I am also grateful to her and her staff for their gentle guidance in helping me attain a healthier lifestyle through the practice of yoga.
Wide variety of classes with excellent instructors. A safe, caring studio that nurtures mind and body. The therapeutic massages gave me relief that neither chiropractors or physical therapy could.
NadiOm is a wonderful place to de-stress! The facility is so nice. Grace Beck is an excellent yoga instructor versed in many different types of yoga, meditation, and Reiki. Give yourself the gift of self-care and join in person or virtually and get some relaxation in your life!
