Really peaceful atmosphere! Came here from Tampa after many recommendations from friends and family members! I have been suffering from a frozen shoulder for the past 5 months and this was the first time that I feel like I have a better range of motion! Highly recommend coming here!!
Very professional and such a well crafted yoga program. Love it! The place is so relaxing and beautifully designed. A place where you can feel comfortable no matter if you are a yoga person or not. A++
Deborah is the most thorough massage therapist I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your health. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I have been raving about her to others ever since my first visit several months ago. I am so happy that a friend of mine recommended her to me.
