One of my favorite parts of the apt. here is the manual manipulation you receive prior to your adjustment. If you haven't ever had your neck pulled away from your spine, you should try it. It's one of the best feelings to have that pressure released.“

“I attended my first yoga class today and i have to say i was thoroughly impressed.
Classes are in a small, remodeled home. Some of the walls have a pretty pine on them, the others are a dark shade of purple. Buddha paintings adorn the walls, Chakra flags hang from the ceiling, pretty crystal lotus lamps light the room. Everything is pristine and perfect. And everything is provided for you. Just bring a water and yourself. For after class, a large selection of hot teas or coffee are available and some chocolates!
Classes begin with a swirling, sound bath for your senses. Drums, chimes, tones. All to mellow your mood . Then the yoga begins. It's not a flowing type of yoga. These are very specific stretches for each section of muscles and Deborah will guide you into each position and adjust where needed for your body type and comfort level. Blocks, mats, pillows, straps, scented eye pillows and blankets are all provided and very clean so not too worry.
After the yoga, you finish off with a guided 30 minute meditation. I wasnt sure how i would do with this, but imagine my surprise when i found myself going deep into the meditation. I nearly fell asleep!
I cannot express how much i liked this establishment and program. Ill definitely be back!
Classes are Thursday and Sunday evenings from 530 to 715.
