About Evolve Power Yoga
Evolve Power Yoga is a locally owned, hot yoga studio welcoming to all ages and yoga experience levels. The studio offers a variety of classes, including Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Baptise, Vin Yin, and Slow Flow, with heated and warm options to suit different preferences. Classes focus on safely learning yoga, integrating breath and body connection, and providing a positive mental and physical experience. In addition to yoga classes, Evolve features a Recovery Room with a cold plunge and red light therapy. Private sessions are also available for those wanting to learn yoga fundamentals. The studio is praised for its beautiful space, variety of class times and options, and exceptional instructors who bring their unique energy and expertise to each class.
A safe and sacred space. Really great classes with a variety of options and times. Awesome "extras" like breathwork classes, sound baths, ice plunges, etc. Every instructor brings their own unique energy to their class and they are all phenomenal. I could not find a Yoga studio in Ocala that offered classes during hours that I could fit into my busy schedule, nor any that offered a wide variety of classes for a long time. I am so thankful to the creators of Evolve and to have found this special space.
Absolutely love this place. The facility is beautiful but the instructors are the ones that make it amazing. Jenny and Erica are such great motivators with positive feedback to make going to each class a pleasure.
LOVE Evolve’s new space and amenities! Jenny’s dedication to her craft, classes and message shine throughout the details. Going to these classes are my favorite part of my week. Especially loving that each class is completely different and not repetitive as well as being both beginner and advanced practice friendly.
