Ace Ac of Ocala installed my unit on new construction. Unfortunately someone else drove a nail through a wire somewhere! Tyler from ACE was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. He had to run a new thermostat wire under the home and got soaked in the process. The tech was professional and NEVER complained once. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service!Services: Installation

I called three places for a new ac/heat package for my mobile home. Frank from Ace came to my house. He was on time and very informative about what I needed. He gave me a price that was $11000 cheaper that one guy and $6000 cheaper that the other. I gave a small deposit and they came the next day and installed the unit. The crew did a great job and took the old unit away. There was a small job that had to wait until monday to finish the job and they did not ask for any money. On monday Frank came and finished a few odds and ends and when the job was fully complete only then did he expect payment.
