I would NOT recommend this company at all. They do not honor their warranties. Three months after their A/C install on a new double wide one of the ducts came loose. We called and it was repaired by their standards. Six months later same thing happened. We were told, "WE ONLY COVER THE DUCT WORK FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS ONLY". I stated the problem is from the original setup and 6 months ago. The same non covered warranty was repeated. So, the tech said it was going to cost of $400.00 more to get new duct to repair what they said they repaired 6 months prior. Instead we are having to go to another A/C company for at $1,000 possibly more. The reason why we are using another company is because they had : 1-nstalled 2-repaired the installation 3-wanting to charge us for what should have been done right in the first place. We know no mistakes are made and we gave them a second chance to fix it. If they would have said they are covering it more likely than not we would have had them try to fix it again. Since they cover it why would I pay for their terrible work. The tech even admitted the duct tubing was actually a bit too small and it was as stretched as far as it could go. Do not use this company they do not stand by their work.
