YOGA........The Iyengar yoga classes offered at Hands of Grace are just a game changer for me and I suspect for all of Maureen's students. If you are a beginner or want to return to yoga but do not know where to start give these classes a try. Maureen is so attentive to her students and so knowlegeable not only with her Iyengar training but she can add the massage therapist knowledge to the class. Just a brilliant combination that is so helpful.

I just received my first, of many, massages from Shaylynn. She was so knowledgeable and very attentive regarding my problem areas which were extensive. We went at my pace and pressure with great communication. I was able to pickup my granddaughter pain free after my first session. The room has a very calming clean feel without being overwhelmed by the smell of creams, lotions, or oils which I've encountered in other places. Hands downWithout a doubt I would recommend Shaylynn and Hands of Grace to anyone and everyone. You will NOT be disappointed by your visit.
