Love the options of products, however I am not a fan of being hovered over while shooping. You have to ask for someone to get wigs down for you and this is a pain if it's busy because not many staff are available. I went to get lashes done on a day that did NOT require an appointment. There was no one waiting. The lash tech was taking a break so, I took the opportunity to look around. While I was shopping, I was told to "hurry up, because someone was coming in on their lunch break and wanted their lashes done". This was NOT an appointment day. I was amazed ,they have everything you can imagine for everybody's hair and so much more!! Don't let the way it look out side and the location fool you ...its really nice inside!
