I went into the salon may 7 my stylist was Gloria I told her I didn’t know what I wanted and that I just went through bad divorce and I didn’t like how I was looking and she showed me pictures and listened to me go on about my hair and she told me she would do her best and that she did I didn’t look like the same depressed lady and I even smiled and I haven’t smiled in a long time she definitely exceeded my expectations she told me she’s been with the company 10 years keep her 10 more Shes a very sweet girl I can’t stop smiling she even told me about beauty I bought makeup havent did that in years she bought my self esteem up and built...read full review
Santa did an amazing job on my hair by fixing my hair cut that a previous hairdresser messed up on and gave me the color I was looking for. Being back in the JCPenny salon brought back memories from when my mom used to bring me there for hair cuts. I would recommend Santa to anyone who asked.
I have been going to Gloria Gibson for three years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From day one, she has genuinely cared about the health of my natural hair—not just how it looks when I leave the salon.
