If I can give this unsanitary place a zero I would. Not only is it unsanitary but the nails I paid for aren’t even worth $20, I can’t believe I paid 100$ for this atrocious work on my nails, it looks like my 6 year old daughter did them for me, and there is a HUGE language barrier. The pictures will speak for themselves, the lady who did my nails and feet also wanted to use a callus shavers tool which is ILLEGAL I had to decline 3 times because she tried using it in my feet it was ridiculous, I never want to see this place again, should definitely be shut down. My sister and I order regular pedicures, plus she asked for additional reflexology. It definitely was not 30 minutes, I did not get the hot towel and lotion on my legs. My sister was very dissatisfied with hers and felt very over charged. My fill and pedicure were $70....she had pedicure and nail polish for $120. When her toes were in the nail dryer, the water was STILL in the foot tub! Dangerous, in my opinion.
Shabby. High pressure to upgrade services. Wanted to upcharge $20 to buff shine nails even though I was getting no color or clear coat. Tried to negotiate the entire time they were working on my nails and kept interrupting my friend and I who were trying to visit. Did a terrible job - 3 days later and I need to cut my nails again. Didn’t even oil my nails but left them dull after running a dremel over them.
