Can we talk about the Hair Salon! Most people do not realize that there is a hair salon in the store, it is really tucked back in a corner and deserves more space. My wife April, went to see Adam Knight at the salon. She is pretty particular about her hair and is a bit quiet. She and Adam hit it off, she loved her hair! I had him cut mine as well and he talked me into dying the grey out of my hair. I now have an appointment every 6 weeks. The man is amazing!!
I was shopping for dress wear when out of nowhere a man named Robert offered to help with my measurements and at the end of the shopping experience almost everything Robert suggested was absolutely amazing and fit perfectly. Give that man a promotion
JCPenney will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart ❤️ Great store filled with great people! One of my first jobs when I was in high school (More than 11 years ago I believe); started as a seasonal then landed a permanent position. Off and on for I believe 3 or 4 years. Mr. Moore, Susan, Deidrea, Dawn, Joann, all of my support team, and the list goes on - everyone was great! The store always looks good, great customer service, I hope this store continues to stay and grow! There’s a hair salon here and the stylists are GREAT! First time I got my hair done here was with Roquelle (Not sure if she’s there, hope she is because she was good at her job and nice!!)...read full review
