I just gave a 4 star because I wasn’t informed that the make up artist is no longer connected to the company . I had my appointment since February for my May 29 wedding event . I received several notifications since then and confirmed my appointment a day before . And yet , there’s none for me when I came on time. The moment the staff is no longer working with you , the in-charge should be aware of the pending appointments for that Person because it’s in the system .

Went to Ulta on March 21. Got to chat with Shannon, who suggested the best products in my visit. First off, the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray…. GIRL! My makeup didn’t move at all in the sun for 12 hours thru sweat and swimming. You weren’t lying!! Whew. She also suggested the Kopari sheer setting mist sunscreen too. Had me sparkling like a mermaid with no sunburn. Thank you Shannon!!! You are brilliant. And I’ll never forget you for this one. Can’t wait to stop by and see you again!
I just had an amazing experience here at Ulta today. Zane helped me with everything i needed and was absolutely positive and friendly and welcoming. I have severe anxiety when shopping alone - so this really stood out so i wanted to get on here and give a shout out. Thank you so much Zane!!!
