Today, 7/11/2024, Hilliard AC replaced our old AC heating system. The installers Mike & his Partner arrived at the appointed time and replaced the indoor & outdoor units in the promised time frame. They installed the new units, hauled away the old units and did a perfect cleanup of the work area, all at a very fair price. Thay were both very professional, personable and answered all of our questions both during and after installation as well as advised us on proper care of the unit and gave advice and answered questions we didn't think of as well. They were a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with this installation team. We look forward to working with Hilliard AC in the future for our maintenance needs.
Cliff and Andre replaced an existing heat pump with a 2.5 ton Lenox system. The installation looks great and the equipment has been operating flawlessly for a week. Cliff and Andre showed up on time, explained everything and cleaned up all the debris. Hilliard's has been taking care of my AC for the past eight years. I highly recommend them.
We have always gotten prompt and excellent service from Hilliard's. Just this morning an installation team (Andre, Cliff and Ethan) was here to install a new Lennox air conditioner for us. They arrived early this morning, as expected, and had the job done quickly and efficiently. They were also courteous and pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with their work. Note: I didn't see a place to select a star rating, but I want it to be clear that they deserve 5 stars.
