Absolutely wonderful experience going to this Ocala store! Was greeted warmly right away and ushered to the eye doctors waiting room. Within a half hour I was seen by the doc. During that half hour I watched and listened as Brandi handled many phone calls and was bombarded with new customers coming and going. She was so efficient! And although she had to deal with a very curt customer she treated him with respect! Then it was time for me to pick out my frames. At that time I was attended to by Evangelina. What an absolute gem of an employee! She listened to what I was looking for and immediately showed me several options . AND - side note - she is also the one that helped me to get an appointment that day! Going to pick up my 2 new pairs of glasses today. From now on-- this store will be where I go! Wonderful group of people there! Thank y'all so much 😊
