“Our residential hood is 100% custom fabricated, so when the custom motor and fan finally died after 20 years, we thought we were in real trouble. Every other company we called either tried to upsell us an entire new hood system or flat-out refused to work on a custom unit.
Joseph and his team at Florida Kitchen Services actually listened. The way they handle commercial kitchen work really shows the extensive experience and knowledge they have with hood systems. They found a compatible variable CFM fan that would work with our existing hood, installed it, and also fixed a grease trap design flaw that had been a problem in our system for years. Then they deep cleaned the whole thing from top to bottom.
