Marcus Ratcliffe Flooring and his installers do Exceptional work! Would Highly recommend Marcus for his outstanding work, very courteous and attention to every detail from start to finish. Marcus and his team are very careful moving furniture and also clean up. I can't say enough about Marcus and his team. Definitely would hire them again when needed.”
“Paul and I received a referral from friends to have John and Mike come to our home and replace a rug with hardwood flooring. They were professional and the floor came out great! We have referred East Coast to other folks.”
“I am absolutely thrilled with my service from David. He was professional and kind, and the results are fantastic. I have an old carpet with several discolorations and was soiled from pet stains, and I’ve had my carpet professionally cleaned several times, but David was able to get it back to better condition than I had seen in years. He even went above and beyond by making sure every space he could possibly reach was taken care of. And the cost was absolutely reasonable. David will definitely be staying in my contact list; I will be using Over the Top cleaning in the future and plan to send referrals to him also!”
