He was very honest since my tile is very old, he wasn't 100% sure the grout color would be restored to a uniform color throughout. They got to work and the results were great. It came out way better that we had discussed. The kitchen and bathroom floors look (almost) new again. They got so much imbedded grime out of the grout. Couldn't be happier and I will be calling them again for carpets and upholstery.“
