I arrived and was waited on promptly. The young lady was friendly and courteous. She advised me I had to fill a form on my phone and to let her know when I was done. That way they would be able to see me. The tech who took care of me explained what she needed from me and was very professional and courteous also. I proceeded to follow her instructions and gave her my sample as instructed. She indicated she had what she needed and I was free to go.

I showed up two hours early for an appointment because I was leaving from work (night shift) and it would have been very difficult to go home, then return for the appointment. I thought about taking a nap in my car but instead I took the chance, walked in and explained the situation. Without hesitation, she responded “Of course we will see you now, just sign in” Going forward for this appointment was nothing but pleasant encounters. The tech that checked me in was pleasant and polite. I saw Robin W. who was professional but allowed me to feel comfortable around her, I was able to express my feelings without feeling judged. I've had terrible experiences with other locations in the past and after reading some of the reviews, was not looking forward to this visit. However, everyone here was on top of things. I was a walk in on a Friday morning for pre employment stuff and was in/out in about an hour and 20 mins(physical, drug screen, vision test, and labs). There were about 10 people in the waiting room when I got there and everyone got called back quickly and seemed to be in and out. I Waite only about 2 mins in a room for the practitioner.The staff were all super friendly and made the visit smooth and painless. Appreciate them!
