I am visiting here from upstate Ny with my daughter who is showing at Wec. I became sick and realized I seriously needed to see a dr. I first went to the Wec urgent care which was going to send me to the hospital for X-rays. I decided on StatMed urgent care in the Ocala facility because it’s an all in one faculty. Best decision I made! From Rachel at the front desk, to the sweet nurse that took my vitals, and the X-ray tech( that made everything super easy). Then you have Virginia, my doctor, pa…..didn’t care! All I know is each one was super helpful and supportive. It was a quick and easy visit! Sent my rx over to my pharmacy I use up north and that was it! I am giving this group a 10 if I could!
They are absolutely wonderful here! The entire staff and doctors are amazing! My daughter was very sick. High fever. They took her right back. Tested her immediately and treated her immediately. Made her feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. Excellent bedside manner! They truly care about their patients! 10/10 highly recommend! Very nice spacious clean waiting area! My family and I will definitely return to this urgent care! Thank you for treating my daughter when another urgent care turned her away sick. Thank you!
