Agape Recovery After a very long and difficult journey trying to find the right treatment for my daughter, I can honestly say that Agape was the first place that restored my faith that there are people in this field who truly care about the individuals and families they serve. I would especially like to thank Katy Lund. Throughout one of the most frightening periods of my life, Katy was present, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping my daughter receive the care she needed. She took the time to understand our situation and helped identify the right treatment options for my daughter, who struggles with both mental health challenges and substance use issues. At a time when my daughter wanted to leave treatment and was resistant to continuing care, Katy never gave up. She remained involved, supportive, and available when our family needed guidance the most. I would also like to recognize Ms. V, who has been an incredible source of support for both patients and families. Her kindness, encouragement, and dedication have made a lasting impact on me. During a very difficult situation when my daughter left treatment unexpectedly, Katy and Ms. V worked tirelessly alongside local authorities to help ensure her safe return to treatment. I will never forget their commitment and concern during those frightening hours. I would also like to recognize several members of the clinical team whose dedication and compassion made a significant difference in my daughter's recovery journey. Zoriana, my daughter's therapist, consistently demonstrated patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being. I would also like to thank Mary Jo, whose kindness and commitment to helping patients and families navigate the challenges of recovery were deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Maggie, the psychiatric nurse practitioner, for her care and attention to my daughter's mental health needs. While my daughter was at Agape, she was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. She felt heard by the clinical team, and I always felt that her well-being was a priority. Another aspect of Agape that deserves recognition is its commitment to families. The family support meetings have been invaluable. Even after my daughter stepped down from residential treatment, Agape continued to provide support, guidance, and resources. I am also grateful for the care and attention that went into helping my daughter transition to her next level of treatment. The team remained involved throughout the process and genuinely wanted to see her succeed. Recovery is never easy, but thanks to Agape, I am finally seeing progress in my daughter. For that, I will always be grateful. I highly recommend Agape to anyone seeking treatment for addiction, mental health challenges, or dual-diagnosis conditions. Their team combines professionalism with genuine compassion, and that combination makes all the difference. Thank you, Katy Lund, Ms. V, Zoriana, Mary Jo, Maggie, and the entire Agape team for everything you have done for my daughter and our family. This was my personal experience!
