Wow! Look at all of the one stars. Amazing. Although some of the reviews are crying over being on hold for 15 minutes at midnight...I was on hold today for 1 hour and 10 minutes and then, the recording asked me to leave a message. Why not keep me on hold? This is bad and the organization has gone to hell. Time for a new President of First Call for Help (211 Broward).
this place is the absolute most horrific place to go. my mother had kidney issues and been with this doctor for over 10 years, all she needed was a referral from this office to be seen by a kidney specialist, 2 months has now gone by and they keep giving her the runaround. she has yet to be seen by the specialist, she is still waiting for this referral and it’s been over 2 months. They do not care for their patients. close that place down right now
They are NOT 24hrs.Called at ~12:40am and have been on the phone listening to the same holding music and robotic operator for at least 15mins.For a "First Call" resource it's unreliable.
