Used Stanley Steemer for upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning. We booked online for an arrival time between 8 am and 12 pm. They texted at 7:45 am letting us know they were on their way. They arrived just after 8:30 am. They measured and got right to work. Our main concern was our chaise cushion. Our puppy had many accidents on it and even after my fiancé and I scrubbed it looked terrible. We have guests coming in a few weeks for a wedding and did not want our couch to look and smell as it did.
