B & G Diagnostic Services is known for its professional and courteous staff, who make patients feel at ease throughout their visits. The facilities are always clean and updated, and staff members are helpful and attentive. Patients have praised the quality of service, speed of service, and cleanliness of the facilities. Dr. Ileana Moro, in particular, has been commended for her comforting and relaxing approach, making patients feel comfortable and relaxed during procedures. Overall, B & G Diagnostic Services is highly recommended for its excellent service and patient care.
I went to B&G two days back to back for MRI and MRA. I spent less than one hour from check-in to check-out. In 45 minutes I was on my way home. The front desk personnel are EXCEPTIONAL!!!
Communication barrier with the receptionist I scheduled my appointment with 2 days prior. Told them I needed imaging done as early as possible. I got here at 7:30am it's now 11:00am and im still waiting. I asked the receptionist on duty and she said im not scheduled for a 7:45 appointment, im scheduled as a walk in. I would not recommend coming here as a walk in or you will be waiting for an extremely long time. I would only give one star but the receptionist on duty was polite even tho im highly irritated at this point.
Edit- im adding another star because the doctor and imaging tech were also polite, understanding of the situation and very professional.
I recently had some diagnosis done at this location and it was very pleasant experience. Staff and faculty was extremely professional and kind. I definitely recommend visiting if doing diagnostics.
