“On Wednesday, my lawn man showed me the bees on the side of my house. He referred me to Mega Bees. I am so glad he did. On Wednesday I called Mega Bees and spoke to Jose. Jose sent out Jean N. Jean N. explained that I had bees in my wall. He explained the process for removing the bees and gave me an appointment for Saturday. Wednesday evening I noticed there were more bees showing up so I called Mega Bees and left a message asking them if I can move up my appointment to Friday. On Thursday, Jose called and changed my appointment to Friday. On Friday, Raul H. came out and removed the bees from the wall. The reason I’m going through the timeline is to show you how swiftly Mega Bees responded to my issue. They sent someone out to assess the problem, make an appointment, remove the bees and at the end shared a a report of what was done and shared pictures of what was removed from the wall. Raul also gave me a jar of honey that was made by the Mega Bees. Thank you Raul H. and Jean N. for your service. I highly recommend Mega Bees. Raul H. and Jean N. both deserve 10+!”
